Terms of service.

This page summarizes the relationship between Velora, Inc. ("Velora") and customer tenants of Velora Billing. The controlling document is the executed Master Services Agreement plus the mutual Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Both are sent on request before signature; nothing on this page is a substitute for the executed contracts.

What you get

• Hosted access to Velora Billing per your subscribed plan (see pricing).
• Standard SLA on platform availability — defined in the MSA. Status surface: /api/health.
• Support per your tier — email for Self-Serve and above; dedicated channel for Enterprise.
• Honoring of the cryptographic + audit guarantees described on /trust.

What we expect

• Lawful use — no uploading data you don't have rights to process.
• Reasonable rate-limit compliance — abusive automation may be throttled or blocked.
• Prompt notice of any suspected security incident on your account.
• Payment per your subscription plan; non-payment may suspend service after the cure period defined in the MSA.

Liability + warranties

Defined in the executed MSA. The free tier (/recon-free) is provided "as-is" with no warranty per the LICENSE; the paid tiers carry the warranties + indemnities written into the MSA.

Termination + data export

Customer can terminate per the notice period in the MSA. On termination, customer data is exported (CSV or JSON, see /app/settings → Data export) and destroyed from production within 30 days. Backup retention per the MSA. Audit-ledger rows persist per the immutability constraint (see /trust) but are no longer accessible to the terminated customer.
